## What I build

- Integrations: Your CRM, database, forms and inbox, connected through their APIs and webhooks, so anything entered once shows up everywhere it’s needed. With n8n, Make, Zapier, Azure Logic Apps or custom code.
- Data pipelines and reports: Scheduled jobs that pull from every source, clean the data and put it where people read it. The Monday report is ready before Monday starts. With Python, Node.js, MongoDB or Supabase.
- Browser automation: For portals with no API. A bot logs in, reads what changed and updates your systems, overnight if you want it there by morning. With Playwright or Selenium.
- AI agents where rules run out: AI agents and language models for the steps a fixed rule can’t decide: qualifying a lead, sorting a request, pulling fields out of messy text. With the OpenAI API, in n8n or custom code.

## Selected work

- Lead capture and qualification (B2B software company, 200+ inbound leads a week): Lead response time went from four hours to under 30 seconds. Built with Webhooks, OpenAI, HighLevel.
- Multi-source reporting (Marketing team reporting to the CEO every week): Three hours of Monday reporting became a dashboard that’s always current. Built with Node.js, MongoDB, REST APIs.
- Overnight CRM sync (Insurance agency, 200+ reps): Every rep’s first hour or two of data entry, handed back to them. Built with Python, Selenium, Webhooks, HighLevel.
